This recipe turns out incredibly tender, moist, and flavorful fish. You can use any variety of white fish that is freshest. The cooking time is based on fish that is about 1 inch thick. Make sure to not overcook or it will dry out.

Soy sauce
Lemon Juice
Olive oil
1 small red onion
4 garlic cloves
Chopped Rosemary
Chopped Thyme
1 lb white fish

Add equal amounts of soy sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil to a bowl. Add chopped small onion, chopped garlic cloves, chopped rosemary, and thyme. Crush the mixture. You want this to be enough to cover the fish and have some standing liquid.

Line a roasting dish with foil leaving enough extra foil to cover the top. Place fillets of white fish down on the foil. Pour the oil onion mixture on top of the fish. Slice holes in the fish and place the onions and garlic inside to add extra flavor. Cover with foil.

Broil for 15 minutes.
