Sesame Broccoli

This is a super simple way to spice up the classic broccoli side dish. This dish goes well topping spaghetti squash, udon noodles, or rice. The sesame seeds adds both protein and crunch.

1 head broccoli, chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
5 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup sesame seeds
Sesame oil
Tamari (GF soy sauce)

Saute broccoli, garlic, and sesame oil for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently on medium heat. Add tomatoes, sesame seeds, and tamari. Continue to cook stirring frequently until broccoli is tender but crisp with a nice rich green color.

Serve hot over noodles, squash, or rice. Eat immediately!
